Meet Your Future Self

Meditation

Listen to the free guided meditation, but before you do:

1. Sit in a relaxing location or place, or take yourself to the park and find a peaceful place to sit where you'll be undisturbed

2. Ensure you're hydrated and have gone to the bathroom

3. Grab a pen and a piece of paper

4. Set aside at least 10-20 minutes for yourself to go through this exercise, and then set aside another 10 - 30 for journaling afterward.

5. Once you’re done with the meditation, free write with your Future Self for as long as you feel is necessary.

6. Afterward, ground into the energy of the moment by allowing your eyes to open and greet the room or space in front of you, and ask for what you have seen and felt with your own vision!

7. Consider it DONE!

8. Ask yourself: what’s the next best step toward this? Embodiment was first. Now your next step is vital. Every day, you’ll tune into a new you, and every day you’ll harness that energy of your higher self and let that self create your next steps here on earth.
