WHEN YOU SIT DOWN TO WRITE:

"I'm stuck. I don't know what to write. I don't feel like posting on Facebook... I don't have anything to say."

THE SECOND YOU STEP AWAY TO DO SOMETHING NOT WORK RELATED:

I just got 1,480,237 amazing ideas!!! But I don't have my laptop... dammit.

Sound familiar?

You're not having writer's block because you have nothing to say.

You have A LOT to say, and someone out there needs to hear it from YOU.

If you fall into this scenario, one reason (of many) that you're blocked when you sit down to write is because you haven't channeled your energy and creative juices to gather inspiration first. You're physically confining your body and your creativity is like, "Oh HELL no!"

What you crave before you write is inspired action in the moments where you need to write, or post, or draft a newsletter, or record a video or a podcast.

You know what you are here to help your people do. You know what they need help with the most. And you have it within your ability to help them.

So figure out where you get inspiration from, and USE THAT to channel it. {TWEET THIS}

I'll bet many of you get inspired in those little moments in between, when you aren't "working". When you're playing with your kids, going for a walk, showering, doing yoga or cooking...

USE THOSE MOMENTS. Grab your phone, use the "talk to text" function on the Evernote or Notes Apps, and write your message right there by talking!

And then go back to enjoying those moments, and come back to edit it and distribute it later!
