I open at the close: Fall is the season for healing in business and life #entrepreneur by Allison Horner, Business Success + Productivity Coach at Adventure Knocks! adventureknocks.com #banburnout #adventureknocks

"I open at the close."

This phrase from Harry Potter has been swirling around in my mind for several days. It's a message about healing, trust, and faith, that life is unfolding FOR us. Forgiveness, gratitude, and love have arrived.

The breakdowns often happen before the breakthroughs.

Fall is the season to "burn it all down" as my mentor and I said the other day.

{Funny how Fall is the season of FIRE colors on the trees, of simplifying, of closing doors and opening windows. Of opening hearts to warmth and connection with family and with ourselves as we begin to bundle up and sit inside, enjoying hot cider... or hard cider, no judgement here.}

Remember to be kind to yourself and others, to be curious, to be open, and to step forward.

Growth is a choice.

It doesn't have to be painful, or full of fear, or impatience; welcome it to happen and untold at exactly the pace that it needs to, instead of fighting it.

Surrender to it. This is the best kept secret of joy and ease; to surrender, which implies full trust and faith that this journey is happening for us.

Trust that as one season closes, another begins.

As one job ends, another one that will feel better for you and serve your joy, presents itself.

As one life ends, another begins(within YOU.)

As one door closes, another opens.

As one relationship ends, another begins.

As one fear is faced, an adventure of love and growth unfolds.

As one beautiful long weekend in Breckenridge ended, a whole new journey home as a new woman, as an author, began.

As that last piece of chocolate cake is eaten, another is always available....

And on that note! 🍰

I would love to hear all about your own journeys in my Facebook Group.
